Jenny strives to support her students in moving mindfully both on their mats and in their daily lives. Integrating breath, movement, philosophy, and humor, Jenny’s classes offer a safe and playful environment to engage in deep, curious self-inquiry and develop first hand knowledge of the Self.
Jenny is a certified E-RYT yoga instructor and a Level II iRest® Yoga Nidra Teacher-in-Training. She is a 200-hr. power yoga teacher training lead and has developed and facilitated a variety of workshops, special classes, and international yoga retreats. When Jenny is not on her mat, you can usually find the former researcher making an excel spreadsheet or seeking out opportunities for continuous learning.
iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation combines traditional yogic meditation practices with neuroscience and western psychology. By welcoming life’s experiences without rejecting anything, changing anything, or making anything up, iRest is a way of investigating who we are and the nature of reality. As we come to understand the changing nature of reality, we discover the peace and ease of being that is our true nature and is unchanging.
